Pressure-Treated Outdoor Sectional

Custom-built L-shaped sectional from pressure-treated lumber with integrated LED underlighting. The wood is freshly cut and not yet stained — it's drying. The bones and the glow tell the story just fine for now.

A story that explains everything

The Hawk Perch

A homeowner called about snakes near the yard. We looked at the whole situation — the habitat, the dog, the sightlines — and asked what was missing from the ecosystem. The answer was a hawk. We built a perch, designed the lighting, and created conditions for natural predator activity. The snakes left. The yard transformed. The client got a beautiful focal point she didn't know she wanted. That's the Pennywise approach.
